Insurance FAQs
How do I know if my insurance is accepted?
Call our office at (480) 660-4598 or text us and provide your insurance carrier and member ID. Our team will verify your benefits before your visit — usually within minutes.
What does 'PPO' insurance mean?
PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) plans let you see any licensed dentist. We're in-network with many PPO plans, which means lower out-of-pocket costs for you. Even if we're out-of-network, your PPO plan may still cover a portion of your care.
Do you accept HMO or Medicaid?
We do not accept HMO dental plans or Medicaid at this time. We accept most PPO plans and offer financing options for patients without insurance coverage.
What if I have two dental insurance plans?
If you're covered by two plans (called 'dual coverage'), we can coordinate benefits between them to maximize your coverage. Just bring both insurance cards to your appointment.

We offer financing options that allow you to spread treatment costs over time. Ask our front desk team about available plans — many offer low or no-interest periods for qualified applicants.
What if I have no dental insurance?
No insurance? No problem. We offer a $149 New Patient Special (exam, X-rays & cleaning) and flexible financing options. Many of our patients pay out of pocket and find our fees very reasonable.
